We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the platform, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products, or otherwise when you contact us.

B. Automatically Collected Information

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the platform. This information does not reveal your specific identity but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser characteristics, and operating system.

2. Google API Disclosure (Limited Use)

Samodrei's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We access Google Calendar and Gmail data solely to facilitate agent-driven tasks (e.g., checking meeting availability or sending authorized drug information). We do not use this data for building advertising profiles or for any purpose other than providing the specific services requested by the user.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information. Upon user request for account deletion, all associated Google OAuth tokens and uploaded commercial data are purged from our active databases within 30 days.

4. Security Measures

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. These include AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.2+ encryption for all data in transit. However, despite our safeguards, no electronic transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
